Debbie Scallion got her counselling diploma from the Vancouver College of Counsellor Training. She was at the top of her class and received an additional specialized diploma in disordered eating. She also earned a certificate of a youth and Family Support Worker and has earned a diploma as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is member in good standing with both ACCT (Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada) and CAHN Pro (Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals).
In addition to this contract with the BC Responsible and Problem Gambling Program to provide prevention and community engagement services to the communities in her region, Debbie also has a private counselling practice: Embrace Your Nature Counselling.
Debbie lives in Quesnel, BC with her husband, son, dog and cat.
